menstrual cups?

I am thinki about getting a sckoon cup but they're pretty expensive, what are the benefits for those of you that use them?? :)

Ahh! If I could give menstrual cups to everyone I could, I absolutely love them! They relieve my cramps, and they're so much cheaper (I haven't boughten tampons/pads in 3 years) and they're easy to use! At first it's a bit tricky so I would recommend trying to put it in in the shower and using water as a natural lubricant (plus if you bleed it just goes right down the drain). I got the diva cup and I love it, it's comfortable and doesn't leak and you never have to worry about keeping it in too long or having to change it every 2-3 hours!
