I am miserable

Since last night my lower back had been hurting so bad. It hurts in my back all around to below my ribs. It's kinda hard to explain.. I have six days til af on one app and nine days till af on this app. Had a +opk on the 11th of July don't know what is going on but I am miserable... any ideas?
