This might be a stupid question, but i have to ask! How safe is it for me to be caregiving while pregnant? I have to lift and transfer people and bending over put such a strain on my back... Im only 7w1d today, but ive had a few people tell me that i need to take it easy because these first few months are most crucial, and im more prone to a miscarriage. I dont want anything bad to happen! And obviously i dont want to show up to work and do absolutely nothing and use my pregnancy as an excuse.
