Am I having a CP?

So I had a MMC back in May ( was my first pregnancy) and this is our first month ttc. I started having low back pains since 7dpo. Sometimes it gets better sometimes it gets worse but today at 12dpo the pain is just so bad I feel like I want to cry and it seems it's not getting any better. I've been spotting brown discharge too since two days ago. I'm so worried because the first sign of the last miscarriage was the same exact back pain. I have not tested because I know if it turns out positive I'll lose my mind and fall into depression. My period is due after tomorrow but this is not typical PMS. Any ideas?
