Nestle milk

Hey guys .. I was just wondering ..

My baby is 6months old. And I want to start giving her nestle milk (whole milk) after diluting it of course . (E.g if I pour 3oz of milk in her bottle I would put 3oz of water on top of that totally 6oz)

I find formula milk too expensive and honestly speaking I don't have the budget of getting 5-6 big containers of formula every month along with 2 jumbo pampers . It really does add up. My breastmilk has dried up as i work long hours .. Please help.
