Bloating and slight cramping

This past week has been my ovulation week (first cycle of tracking) and last night/today I have noticed severe bloating and some mild cramping. No LH surge was detected via daily testing but optimal CM and position. Could this be early sign of implantation or beginning of PMS/period symptoms?
