Any advice please!

So hoping yet again that this month is my hubby and I's lucky month! I really want to surprise him with the best Christmas present ever! But, last month my period was all jacked up along with me not have regular periods anyways. So I began testing ovulation early this month. Which I am in luck cause I got a solid smiley today around 8:00am.( Glow told me it wouldn't be till next week)  I tested yesterday in the AM and it was blank. But I tested today when I got home from work to be sure I was and it was blank again. I know it says you have 12-36 hours but I am afraid I missed it all together! Guess we will just have to BD a lot. Tired of it feeling like a job. I will be so disappointed if I don't get a BFP. ? any encouragement knowledge advice anything. I need it.
