Ok I'm 14 weeks and I masturbated? and I stayed laying on my back a felt like if I was sucking in just the middle of my stomach then I felt like I sucked in like a wave with my stomach and it got not really hard but a little under my belly button nothing hurts I'm just wondering what it was? Have yall felt this?is it normal?

I had the same thing happen to me. It should subside later in pregnancy but is completely common from what I understand. It just all your muscles down there contracting- and since they are larger with more blood flow- & with the addition of a baby- it's more obvious.

*I doubt you are feeling the baby at this early stage. Just my opinion though:)
