Does baby's sense pregnancy?

pregnancy?" /> I am 7 weeks pregnant and I have a 1 year old and a 7 year old boy, well past week my 1 yr old keeps trying to sit on my stomach or close to it , and my 7 year old keeps saying your pregnant and I haven't even told him and today in the store he picks up a pregnancy test says mom do you need this?  My 7 year old is autistic so don't know if that has anything to do with it..

My son who is 6 asked me a few times if I was pregnant before I told him. I think they can sense tings being different like for me I was exhausted and sick all the time which is really different from how I usually am and he has been learning about pregnancy and bodies

My 3 year old as become super super super x10 clingy since August 15th and she has never been a clingy child. I got my BFP 20th August and I'm sure she sense somthing was different before I did. Not saying she knew I was pregnant and she has a 6th sense or out but wierd how she started acting up since then and still is now like she has gone into baby mode saying she can't do things her self and waking in the night to get in my bed which she never done before. My next door neighbour is pregnant and is 2 weeks behind me and her 16 month has also been acting up since around the time she conceived.
