Heavy Period Problems!
I have a crazy heavy period and it's been this way for a while. I have to change my pad every half hour or else it will overflow. I have terrible cramps that not even medicine can help. I'm so terrified of falling asleep because I feel like I'll wake up like a murder scene. I just don't know what to do to fix this problem. Please, I need help!
