I think it depends the average length of your period. I used it for 2 months while ttc and the dates were off. Asked multiple people and they all suggested that I buy an ovulation kit to have more accurate timing.

I downloaded it to track my period it said I was gonna start in 2 days but I got it 2 day earlier to be exact today I started so it's on point for me

I feel that it depends on how often you input the daily information. I was filling out everything I could on a daily basis. It was pretty accurate for me.

I was using it for almost 2 years to track my period so I guess it had a lot of info, but it was very accurate

It was a 5 days early for me. I used OPKs and logged my results and Glow  readjusted.

When I started using OPKs to see when I was actually ovulating, glow was right on the money. Exactly the same as the OPKs. This month is a bit different because I had a chemical pregnancy last month. I ovulated earlier than glow estimated but I'm sure my body was a bit off because of the miscarriage.
