I think my relationship is over

it's my last day in town and I spent the day with my boyfriend. it was perfect we went out for lunch and enjoyed each other's company and at 3 he dropped me off to get my nails done. at 4 he picked me up. we were supposed to go canoeing and have a beach day.

he was high. he brought his friend who was also high. I spent the day 'babysitting' them. we went to the mall and I had to pay for his food because he spent the money on drugs- and if I didn't pay he would have left the restaurant without paying. he basically chose drugs over me. I've been crying for hours. he keeps appologizing but I don't know how I can forgive him.
