Gross diarrhea 😷

Has anyone else had super nasty diarrhea?

Usually I'm constipated or normal, but this time, my stomach turned all night and all morning and I've been on and off the toilet for hours! It finally stopped but I got worried! I know they say that your body is more sensitive to foods like dairy and just major food changes, but dang lol

I also had a pink drop in my discharge, perhaps from pushing too hard??

Sorry to be gross. I just want to see if any other ladies have experienced this?
