My dog just ended her period and her nipples and puffy, and big. Her stomach is also hard. It's possible that she could've had sex with my other dog while she was in heat but I'm pretty sure they didn't. I'm curious on if this is normal during the in heat cycle or if it sounds more like pregnancy.
