2 doses of femara in one cycle?

Hello! Wondering if anyone's doctor had them take two doses of femara in one cycle?

I took my normal femara cd3-8. By cd17 I still had not ovulated and I have 2 follicles at 12mm each. My doctor told me to do another round of femara today cd18.

I've done it twice. Both times, my doctor increased the dosage and the I ovulated after the second round. I'm in cycle 4 now after taking 10mg. I go in Monday for my ultrasound to see how my follicles look. Good luck!

I'm starting my 3rd round in a cycle today. I'll be on 7.5mg of Letrozole. I'm starting to get very discouraged bc it's not working at all.

I did not get pregnant. I ovulated 3 eggs but we have male infertility factors. IUI was all out of picket for us too. :(

I took them for two extra days for a total of  seven days when we tried iui to get better results.

On my first round of femara at 5mg after three rounds of failed clomid. I ovulated but didn't get pregnant.

Same here. Took 2.5mg, nothing. Doctor increased to 5mg that cycle and had a nice follicle. Now in a new cycle and taking 5mg to start this time. Fingers crossed for you!
