Smoking while ttc?

So I don't smoke on a regular basis at all but I've done it a few times socially.   I started ttc when I was 19 an so I didn't drink at all for the first 2 years and am now a firm believer of "drink till its pink" Lol but I still only drink maybe once a month probably less and it's almost never during my tww and it's only when we're out with friends because if I don't they automatically assume I'm pregnant :( anyways I was just wondering what you all thought about it? I'm still on the fence about it. It's just a huge stress reliever esp after getting a BFN and AF!
