I've been a diabetic since I was 10. This is my second pregnancy (twin boys) and while I had more trouble managing my diabetes in the third trimester when I was pregnant with my daughter, it has gotten crazy difficult this time around. First trimester was great, the second a little more difficult, but now it's like I can't eat hardly any carbs without my sugar going crazy. I've searched for articles about diabetics pregnant with twins but can't find any :/ Is there anyone out there in the same boat as me?
