What do we think?

So hubs and I had sex like 2-3 days after my last period ended, we used a condom but he did cum inside the condom inside me, then we had sex the day after I supposedly ovulated (per my period app) we used a condom but he pulled out right before he came and there was a hole in the condom, he doesn't generally precum visibly if I give him oral or something so I don't think he would during intercourse, but with a hole in the condom, even if he didn't actually come inside me, there's still a possibility of pregnancy, right? I've been feeling nauseous, and well, just off, since then, but I'm not sure if it could be from the first encounter, even though I think it was too far away from supposed ovulation to count, sorry this is so long lol
