I'm currently at 25 weeks according to app. I have had severe congestion and runny nose all day and night. Anyone else?  Remedies?  I also have asthma had to stop all my meds to to safety during pregnancy. However I am currently taking benedryl nightly as I'm told it's safe.  I'm so exhausted as I can't even sleep at night. I'm up every few hours to clear my nasal.
