Tracking your resting heart rate?
Is anyone else tracking your resting heart rate? I use my fitbit watch. My normal resting heart rate is between 58-61 but it had been going up and was up to 69 around 4th of July. However, since then it has been decreasing and is back to 61 these last 2 days.
Everything I've read said that it should be increasing due to increased blood volume. I haven't had any cramps or spotting, so I was hoping you ladies might have some insight. Thanks!
