Terrible back pain!
Hi all! I'm 20 weeks and the last 3 days I have had unbearable back pain! I took a warm bath, I used a heating pad (moderately) and I've tried stretching. Nothing is working 😫 Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to help with this pain??!
