Arms going numb??

Question

Lately its at night but some times i wake up with it my left arm hoes really numb and hurts so bad?? I go back to my ob on friday im going to talk to them about it but does anyone else have this happen to them?

It's likely carpal tunnel. I have it too. It gets worse especially at night so I wear wrist braces, but truthfully it doesn't help a great deal 😕 I plan on calling my physio place this week to see if there are any stretches I can do to help with it though

This happens to my hip/thigh when I sleep on my side! I have read it has to do with circulation

This happened to me with my first pregnancy. It hasn't happened with this one yet, hoping it doesn't. It goes away once the baby gets here.

Ive had it happen to me lately. I'm apparently just sleeping really hard and not moving like usual. So blood isn't circulating normally. Apparently my husband has tried to "wake me up" in the middle of the night a few times and I haven't had the faintest clue! Your body is doing a lot right now, even if we aren't aware of it.

Do you wear rings? This happens to me and happens more frequent since I got pregnant. My fingers swell at night especially if I eat something salty, and then my left hand becomes numb because the ring is cutting off circulation. Could also be carpal tunnel though since now it happens not only when I wear rings...

Weird because this just started happening to me the night before last. I woke up 3 times because the arm I would be laying on would be numb, so I'd roll over. Then a few hours later I'd wake up to that one being numb. I hav carpal tunnel in my wrists, I think it's from lack of circulation. Luckily it didn't happen last night. But I know just what you're feeling.
