Nausea.. Smoking, and butterflies

Ok so the other day I had a cigarette. 5 to 10 min later I threw up 3 times. And I also had a bad headache. Which I didn't have before I smoked. But 3 hrs before that I had Arby's n maybe I got good poisoning??? Idk. But I was dizzy n felt really sick. I have never thrown up from smoking before. I have smoked since then, but I haven't thrown up. The next day after I threw up I was kinda nauseous and my stomach hurt. And that same day I think, I had a butterfly feeling all day. I haven't missed my period. My nipples were sore and the sides of my boobs hurt. Idk what to think. Can someone help me?
