For Full-Time working moms...Who's keeping the Baby after Maternity Leave?!!

So..I will be taking 3 months off for maternity leave but what has me soooo nervous is going back to work (which I work 12 hour shifts) and who should I have to watch my baby? Daycare is so expensive but my parents did say they will watch the baby on my long work weeks. What is everybody's plans for who's going to keep your baby once you go back to work full-time??
