Painful Pre Period

Hey guys

So like recently like 1 week before my periods my stomach gets REALLY sore. Whenever i eat something I felt like i was going to vomit and i became extremely bloated and cannot concentrate in class. Throughout the rest of the day my stomach gets extremley gassy and is always making weird noises. I am almost 16 and I am wanting to go on the pill or something to stop my period but dont know what to do

Any suggestions?
