Reminders?

I'm wondering: Is there a way to set reminders in the nurture app?  I'd like reminders for drinking water, etc. but can't figure out where or how to set them, if they're available. Thanks!

I just started using an app called hydrocarbon although it's hard to drink water for me, it's actually been a great help.
