11 weeks 5 Days strange ultrasound

Hey guys! So this picture was taken after I had to go to the hospital due to a lot of bleeding! And I was sending a picture to my husband while he's away at basic training and notice it looked like my uterus was separated due to the white line, my dr never told me anything but he missed a lot on my last pregnancy. Has anyone had any Experiance with this? No rude comments please I'm just looking for some insight
