Preeclampsia?

Question

My doctor is concerned I may have preeclampsia and since my last apt I have been monitoring my BP and it has slowly increased. Today it has gotten even higher and I have swelling (I'm on bedrest so I'm not even doing anything). Has anyone been diagnosed with this and if so how much longer until you had your babies? 
From what I've read it seems they induce labor or do a csection almost immediately. I will be 34 weeks on tuesday.

I had severe preeclampsia and hellp syndrome with my first singleton. They did emergency csection at 34 weeks. My daughter had a two week nicu stay just for feeding. She is now a healthy 3 year old!  I'm 19 weeks with twins and being monitored very closely. I'm already on blood pressure meds. Good luck and try to relax! 34 weeks is great though! Most babies do great once you make it that far!

I had it with my first pregnancy (twins) and went in to the hospital at 28 weeks. They managed to keep us well enough for another week and then they had to come out via csection. I wasn't well enough and they were too little for a vaginal delivery.  I got really sick off the mag drip they put you on after delivery. We all were fine after a lengthy stay in the hospital. Didn't have it with my next pregnancy though. Pic was when they were 10 days old.

I just got back from the dr and my bp was high. He had to check it himself bc this was my first high reading and I guess wanted to double check the nurse's reading. He seemed a little concerned and said that's a risk of twin pregnancy and that I might have to deliver before 37 weeks. I'm 32 weeks now.

I had my daughter at 35 weeks because of pre e. She was fine and went home with me 4 days later. I think after 32 weeks they would induce labor instead of starting you on meds but that might differ between doctors.

Started with very low bp (like 100/60 being my norm) around 32-33 weeks I got a migraine that would not subside. I was hearing my blood pumping in my ears constantly. I didn't know what it was until I went to the dr and my bp was 180/90. No swelling. They did a 24hr urine test and I had no protein in my urine (have you done this?) but they were still very concerned about bp. Had that migraine for 2 weeks, finally took real pain pills to help it subside (I was crazy and refusing to take anything for the longest time) and that helped my bp go down some. They monitored me closely the rest of the time but I made it 39+3, induced and healthy baby boy! I was very scared they were going to take him around 34 weeks. But here's to hoping they can regulate your bp and baby can stay in a little longer!

I was diagnosed at 33w6d and they gave me a c section the next day! My boys spent a month in the nicu
