How to stop being clingy???

Me and my boyfriend have been together for a year now and i till find myself being clingy like always wanting him to my self and stuff like that how do you stop ig???

There's nothing wrong with wanting to be around your partner. A problem arises if your partner really does not want to be around you nearly as much. Are you feeling left out when he hangs with friends or family? If so, maybe communicate to him that you want to get to know them. If you're in a mature relationship and see a future with him at this point, friends and family become your own friends and family. If he doesn't want you around them then maybe that's a red flag. Also, everyone needs their alone time? What do you to while you're not with him? Do you have any hobbies or do anything for yourself? Like going on a walk, reading, cooking, pampering, etc. Too many people in this age are so glued to technology that they can't stand to be alone with themself for one minute. Try meditating. Solidarity is beautiful. You just gotta learn to love being with yourself and absorbing what's around you instead of trying to find a distraction

It's nothing wrong with being clingy. My bf loves it. Your bf is just for you and you shouldn't share him. There's nothing wrong with that. But that's just my decision

It's okay to love him! Just make sure you two aren't smothering each other or neglecting the other people in your life. Make time to hang out with people other than your significant other

I'm the same way!!! And it's been almost two years. I mean if it bothers him like it did my boyfriend then you just have to start occupying yourself when he wants some space. Eventually you'll be ok with him not always being right by your side. But it's normal to be clingy.
