Portion control helps keep your stomach small, eat 3-5 meals a day that are about the size of your fist. You may be still hungry after eating the first week, but if you can get through it, the weeks that follow will get easier & you'll start shrinking up! Excersize boosts this process but not everyone has the time, especially if you kids.

Get rid of all bad sugars cuz sugars make you crave salty foods like chips wich leads to more fatty foods, they also make you eat more like bingeing, I lost 4 lbs. in about a week and a half, also running because when loosing weight you loose it everywhere not just a targeted location 😊
