I finished my job due to the distance I had to travel everyday.. I have 10 weeks left of my pregnancy and didn't want to be sat around during the week doing nothing so I applied for a bar position (That I have plenty of experience in) Anyway I had to go for a trial today, 10 minutes of being there not even been giving the chance to show them I'm more than capable of doing the job, the owner pulls me to one side and says I didn't realise you where pregnant so i won't be able to take you on.. I felt so embarrassed 😁 Is this classed as discrimination?? (I currently work in a very busy night club Friday and Saturday nights and they have no issues me being pregnant so 'safety reasons' can't be used as an excuse'
