WHAT ARE YOU TAKING FOR NAUSEA?!??

HELP ME Y'all! I can't seem to keep anything down..I went to the ER and they gave me some zofran which helped me get through the day. When i went to my first doc appt they said they didn't want me taking Zofran this early in my pregnancy 😡😡. So yesterday I called BC I couldn't take it anymore and they called in some Diclegis and they aren't working. If someone can please give me some tips on what helps for you I would greatly appreciate it.
