Please help me!!!!

Hi my wife and I are trying to have nother baby but I have a Vasectomy like 3 yrs ago. So I'm saying please tell me in any way I can do to get her pregnant again I'm willing to do w.e. it takes I mean anything. So please help me and I'll take your advice on it and try it out thank-you I can't wait for your help
