Any tips? Help!

My makeup never seems to give much coverage to my face and always ends up peely and flaky (have tried many different foundations and happens with all). I envy girls who can get that flawless makeup look 😭

Do you use a primer and a setting spray or powder ???

Step one: wash face from any oil or left over makeup
#2: use a bb cream foundation,  or a foundation and primer combination foundation
#3: use a sponge or a foundation brush to cover whole face (don't use too much foundation,  you will end up cakey)  
#4: use an conceler and start from the inner corner of your eye and sweep back and forth and up and down,  kinda like a wing.  
#5: blend it,  blend it in with a sponge 
#6: use a mineral powder or any face powder and cover under your eyes and on your face

This is just for the beggining,  after that you can contour and do eye shadow or what ever else you like.

I think you just need to prep your face properly before applying your foundation.
I personally wash my face with Dove soap every morning and apply moisturiser to my face before applying any make up to my skin. It seems you have dry skin, so try a deep moisturising cream designed for dry skin and leave it for a few minutes to soak into your skin then try applying make up.
