Disappointing news ... What now?

Negative results from Blood test. I'm 5 days late, day 48 on my cycle. The even more disappointing news is that my dr says it looks like I didn't ovulate this month.... However my hormones look pretty balanced.

I don't understand how I could get a positive opk.

I wish I had a regular cycle. And now hearing that I'm maybe not ovulating .... So sad. What do I do now?

Your doctor didn't talk to you about clomid?

Answer

Doesn't necessarily mean that you don't ovulate just that you didn't this cycle. Stress will cause you to ovulate late (so late period) or not at all.
