Not laughing yet?

My baby is 12 weeks old today and still hasn't laughed. He smiles and babbles plenty... but as far as a laugh from him, it's just kind of a "ha" and he's done 😦 I'm dying to hear him laugh! He's so serious all the time 😧

Mine is 3 months old and she doesn't really "laugh". She kinda has a Sheldon cooper type of laugh. Little gasps with a smile.

1 day shy of 3months here and no real laughs either! She does in her sleep though all the time! What gives?! We've got lots of smiles and babbles though. Guess I'm not funny enough 😂

My daughter hasn't had a true laugh yet. She's kinda giggled though when I was tickling her and was cracking up when my husband was saying "We don't say blah blah blah".

Mine hasn't laughed yet either and he'll be 3 months on the 22nd. The most I've gotten from him is weird gasps when he gets excited

My son started laughing out loud the week before he turned 3 months. It was amazing!

15 weeks and he's only ever laughed in his sleep. He smiles and yells when he thinks somethings funny, I want a belly laugh!!

my baby will be 3 mons in a week and only has the giggle and "silent laughter" where he looks like he's belly laughing but with no sound. i can't wait til he does a belly laugh

Mines 3 months as well. Her "laugh" is a little "ha ha ha". Not quite real laughter, but it's cute 😊

It also depends on the baby! With my first child she KINDA laughed (like enough where I knew it was nothing developmental), but she NEVER did that hearty belly laugh you see so many babies do.  To this day (she's almost two years old) she's still a more discerning laugher :) it might just be a personality thing !
