Pcos and late period

I was diagnosed with pcos because on insulin resistance now unless I gain weight I usually never miss a period it's usually a 31 day cycle ! I did a test at 10dpo and and 14dpo both negative ! I ovulated the 16th I'm pretty sure but I have no preg symptoms nor period symptoms and my period was supposed to start on the 29tb according to Flo and 2nd according to fertility friend but I expected it the 4th as that's how it usually works :/ the only symptom I relatively had was acne throbbing gums one day and the jelly like glob :/ what are your thoughts? Another test or should I just patiently wait for my period ? I've been trying to concieve for 2.5 years !
