It's hard to tell .. Did they use glue or stitches ? .. Make sure they're not licking/biting the incision site . Hope they were confined from any serious play time .. It usually shouldn't be that swollen and red . It should have gone down . Any bleeding or pus/discharge from it ? If you're that concerned your doctor can take a quick look, they shouldn't charge .

Looks irritated but that's pretty much what mine looked like when my yellow lab pit mix had his done... They didn't put stitches in his either just glue ,if it starts leaking or gets pus/ looks infected or opens then take him back to the vet immediately,  hope this helps

No stitches? Just skin glue? Is he licking at it?  It does look irritated.  I would recommend running him in to the vet and have them just check it real quick.  He might just need to wear a cone of shame for another week to let it heal up better, but they might recommend antibiotics.  But if he had stitches it looks like he already licked them out.

I worked as an assistant at an animal hospital and I would take him to get it checked on. I don't know if they used stitches or glue, they usually use stitches but that looks like it could possibly come open. Especially if he is licking it or runs.
