I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes but I'm thinking it's what I ate the night before. My test came back at 198 and my dr said 139 is the limit after fasting. So I'm going on the diabetic diet which isn't that hard because I'm not much of a bread or sweet eater. I didn't realize how it affects you though. I had a spell yesterday where I got so weak that I could bearly lift my son. . anyone have simple foods they eat at lunch?
