I don't know if it's normal, but I have experienced a clenching down there a couple of times during my pregnancy. Is that the feeling you are referring to?

Get a belly band/belt from motherhood or check online for other places that may have it! I have one n it def helps relieve the pain!

I get it too. I think it's part of the whole round ligament pain.

I also get it,  someone in the September group just posted that she was getting them as well. I usually get it when walking.
