TTC---- help

hello! my fiancé and I have been TTC for 14 months I have PCOS . I had an hsg last month and have been taking metformin for 2 months now. I was prescribed clomid today. and will start take it today on what we believe is cycle day 3. my fiancé will have his semen analysis  done sunday morning. basically my two very best friends are pregnant one whom had been trying and one that is pregnant "by accident" I am feeling very lonley since my fiancé is a truck driver and gone most of the week and only home on the weekends. I just need a friend!!
