Teething?

My VERY happy baby has allllll the signs of teething. She used to be happy & perfect, now is fussy almost all day. She drools like her mouth is a faucet & she chews everything in sight. She is 14 weeks tomorrow. This COULD be teething,right? My coworkers (who know her well..she goes to work with me till noon every day) say no way it's teething she has a belly ache. I'm so confused! Thoughts?

Yes it's teething! Teeth can take ages to come threw my daughter has been teething since 6 weeks old

No she can very well be teething. My son is almost 4 months old and has been teething since 3 months. Give her some Tylenol if pain becomes too bad

My 13 week old daughter is the same she drools a lot and always has her hands in her mouth. She has been like this for several weeks. I think it's tethering too

Yes as my 13wk old started drooling and chewing on everything about a week ago. I put my finger in her mouth and felt the left incisor breaching. My 4yr old didn't start until she was nearly 10 months old.

Mine is teething so bad. Since like 2 months. Hands in the mouth, drooling like crazy !!
