I need everyone help please, im so confused

Ok so I took an ovulation test for the heck of it lol and it looks positive, top left pic!! Which on November 26th I tested which is the bottom left picture and it looked almost positive and on 11/27 I tested again and it was even darker, so I bd away. I'm a week out from AF I experienced a big temp drop at what I thought was 6dpo and then a big temp rise. I was hopeful now idk .. Please anyone can you help. I'm new to opk testing and temping. I had a mc in august and I'm wishing and posting for my bfp!!
