Only 7-8 dpo... Super faint line??

I have had 3 super faint positives now. I have been feeling nauseous all day, I've been feeling light headed and dizzy. Not to mention (sorry if TMI) I have had crazy amounts of white sorta creamy/watery cervical fluid. But... I just don't know. I had the coil in until the day I (think I) ovulated and so there is a chance I conceived but it seems so unlikely to me. What do you guys think of the super super faint line?​
