Extremely Confused

So back in October I told my friend that I had feelings for him. He said he had feelings for me too but needed time to think if he wanted a relationship. In November we started a friends with benefits situation and stopped that same month. After that I asked him in December if he decided if he wanted to start a relationship he said that he didn't want to cause he felt it would ruin our friendship and he also had eyes for someone else. I let it go after that. But recently when we hang out he looks at me kinda weird. He says he's just thinking and didn't realize he's staring at me. He also makes attempts to touch my arm or leg etc... We started the fwb up again. I'm just wondering if he is actually into me or am I just imagining things?
