Pcos symptom?

Ok i have pcos and were trying to concieve, im 4 days late for my period and im aching like mad and i have really sore nipples, is this typical of pcos or might it finally be the time im pregnant?

I never had a period and found out I had PCOS. I could never trust my period. I started seeing a fertility doctor and I was able to get everything back on track. But! I did finally get a positive! The only way to really know for sure is to take a test. Otherwise every single symptom makes you feel like you are pregnant. Good luck!!
