Help a girl out!!

So me and my boyfriend have sex at least once or twice a week (protected) and I always check the condom after words to make sure it didn't break. But my period is 5 days late (supposed to start my cycle 7/13/16)   Should I be worried?! The condom has never broken or come off during sex. We've also been working out everyday for a week but I haven't worked out since Thursday 7/14/16. Please help me!!
