Half of a line? Help please!

I took the test saw the negative and threw it away. I didnt let it sit long enough but its also been sitting upright in the trash can for a few hours so I came back and just double checked and this is what I see. Wth dose that mean?

It's not positive if you've left it for hours.. and it's a blatant evap or dye run :(

Use pink die test I don't like blue die tests they show lots of evaps
