TMI situation discharge and blood in my stool

I haven't eaten much today and I was laying in bed and my stomach started hurting kinda like I was sick but also like I was hungry. I quickly went to the bathroom because I felt like I was about to diarrhea and after I did, I felt like I still had to go and then a little clump of blood dripped out. when I wiped to see if I was bleeding there was only a small speck of blood, but there was what looked like some sort of cream discharge on the toilet paper. I know this is nasty but could someone shed some light?
