Bump... Too big????

What I have worked out I am 8 weeks 3 days.. And all of a sudden a bump has appeared. I'm normally a small girl, no more than 7 and a half stone and all of a sudden this bump has appeared out of no where. My family seem shocked at how big it is and now I'm feeling worried? Helppppp ?!?!
